Bavu - Smart Moving & Item Manager Privacy Policy

Bavu does not collect any personal information (such as name, email address, phone number, or payment details) because the App does not require account registration, login, or authentication. All data you create or input into the App is stored locally on your iOS device and is never transmitted to our servers or any third-party services.

The types of data you may input into the App (and that remains on your device) include:

• Item catalog details: photos, room location, category, condition, purchase date, purchase price, and notes
• Moving plans: countdown timelines, checklists, moving dates, and task details
• Box tracking data: box labels (room, category, fragility), packing status, unpacking status, and box contents
• Chat history with the AI assistant (decluttering advice, maintenance tips, packing strategies)

We do not collect device information (e.g., device ID, IP address, operating system version), usage data (e.g., how often you use the App, which features you access), or location data. The App does not use cookies, beacons, or any tracking technologies.

Since all your data is stored locally on your device, we do not access, use, share, or process your information in any way. The only "use" of your data is within the App itself to provide the core functionality you request:

• Displaying your item catalog and allowing filtering by room or category
• Generating moving plans and checklists based on your input
• Tracking box packing/unpacking stages
• Providing AI-powered advice based on the data you enter (processed locally on your device)

We do not use your data for advertising, analytics, marketing, or any other purpose outside of the App's core functionality on your device.

All data is stored locally on your iOS device using Apple's secure local storage frameworks. We do not have access to your data, and it cannot be accessed by any external servers or third parties unless you intentionally share it (e.g., by exporting data from the App and sending it to someone else).

You are responsible for protecting your device and the data stored within the App. We recommend using iOS's built-in security features (e.g., passcode, Face ID, Touch ID) to lock your device and prevent unauthorized access to the App. We are not responsible for any unauthorized access to your data resulting from lost/stolen devices, weak device security, or your intentional sharing of data.

You may delete your data at any time by: (a) deleting individual items/plans/boxes within the App; (b) clearing all App data through the App's settings; or (c) uninstalling the App (which will delete all locally stored data).

Bavu does not integrate with any third-party services (e.g., social media platforms, cloud storage providers, analytics tools, or advertising networks). The App does not share your data with any third parties, including but not limited to advertisers, data brokers, or analytics companies.

The AI assistant within the App processes data locally on your device and does not send any information to external AI servers. All AI-generated advice is created on your device without any data transmission to external services.
